- Clean, disinfect showers and tubs, hair removal
- Clean and disinfect toilets inside and out

- Wipe all fixtures
- Clean sink and wipe all faucets
- Sweep and damp mop floors
- Clean mildew and grout areas that can be safely removed *
- Extra heavy scrub of shower and tubs
- Extra heavy scrub of bathroom tiles
- Extra heavy scrub of bathroom sinks
Kitchen
- Clean and disinfect counter tops
- Clean and disinfect doorknobs and switch plates
- Wipe all appliances (exterior only)

- Dust top of refrigerator
- Vacuum and sweep mop floors
- Load & run dishwasher (1 load only) or empty dishwasher (upon request)

DISCLAIMERS:
- * These prices are based on normal cleaning situations. If there are extreme conditions such as hoarding or vandalism which are outside peoples normal living conditions we will have to come and do an estimate and give you a separate quote.
- * Depending on the severity of the problem, we might not be able to effectively clean all mildew/grout areas.
- * If are planing to move, please book our move-out/move-in services. Deep cleaning ONLY applies to homes that are lived-in and furnished.
The following services are either not done or limited:
Cleaning of Spots on The Walls
The house cleaners cannot wash or clean walls. House cleaners are happy to do a light spot-cleaning of walls to remove small spots or stains on your interior walls as needed. But this service is not included in the time allotted for the cleaner. So it would be truly a “light“ spot cleaning of the walls.
Laundry
The cleaners do not provide personal laundry service. They can do one load of bed linens and towels if the washer/dryer is on site, and detergent provided. If laundry service is very important to you, your cleaner may be able to provide a more customized cleaning package. Please contact the office for more information.
Washing of Blinds
The house cleaners cannot wash, scrub, or clean blinds as it may be very time consuming depending on their condition, and also due to insurance guidelines. The cleaners will be happy to provide a “light dusting” of the blinds.
Cleaning of Pets and Bodily Fluids
The cleaners specialize in standard household cleaning and will be not able to clean up your pets’ waste. Exposure to urine, feces, and any other bodily fluids can be a health hazard.
Mold or Other Biohazards
For their safety, the cleaners might not be able to clean all the mold (only mildew) and any other hazardous materials. To learn more about how to clean and remove mold, visit our green house cleaning page.
Steam Cleaning
The cleaners do not provide steam cleaning. If you need your carpet, rugs, and/or upholstery cleaned, please contact the office and we will gladly provide That specialized service.
Outside Area
The cleaners do not clean any outside areas. The cleaners may clean the entry areas, such as balconies and decks in a move-in/move out cleaning only. If it is important to have your deck or balcony cleaned, your cleaner can design a more customized cleaning package. Please contact the office for more information.
Paint Removal
Removing paint from hardwood floors or walls is not included in the cleaning service. Unfortunately, the house cleaners do not have the proper equipment or products for this task. Also, for insurance liability reasons, the house cleaner(s) cannot provide this service as they do not want to cause any damage to your walls or floors.
Exterior Windows
The house cleaners do not clean exterior windows. If you need an exterior window cleaning service, please contact the office, and we will gladly provide a referral.
Cleaning Inside of Freezer
The house cleaners will not clean inside the freezer, even if refrigerator cleaning is included in the service.
Polishing Hardwood Floors
To avoid damaging your floors, the cleaners will not be able to polish or wax your hardwood floor.
Washing Dishes
The cleaners can only wash/clean one day’s worth of dishes. If you require additional work washing a large amount of dishes, an extra charge may apply.
